Just another quick entry

I recently renewed a friendship with a dear friend from college.  When I broke off our friendship, many years ago, he was struggling in his life and I was becoming quite ill.  I was unable to be a good friend to him at the time and the heaviness in his life was draining the Holy Spirit from my life.  I would hang up the phone and feel absolutely drained of all light.  That was the past and we have both moved forward in our lives.  I wanted to find him and see how he was doing now.

I found him doing well and we are renewing our friendship in steps, getting to know each other again.  Back in the day we were partners in crime...roaming the Chemistry department and craft stores together!  Yes, I did say craft stores!  He does beautiful cross stitch.  I have a wonderful cross stitch on linen he made and had framed for me.

Sorry, not the best picture, I know.  It will have to do for now.  It really belongs on a wall, but if you saw my box full of art that belongs on the walls - which isn't - you might cringe!  Yeah, I guess a little too much art, but I do like it!  Well, that's it for me.  I'm going to bed for real this time.  Promise!
