Moving forward

Seriously! Life moves at a breakneck pace sometimes. All good things, I hope.

After my blog entry on Matt's birthday, aunt Louise had a wreck in mom's car with Jay in the back,

I ended up going to get Jay to go to Tori's follow-up, which really didn't have a lot of surprises other than depression being the main cause of all her behaviors.

I seriously wish I could do this for her. I know it is terribly hard for me, but I can't do this for her.

We took the kids out to dinner for Matt's birthday. It pizza night so we upgraded the pizzas to better quality.

I got everything to make Matt a pineapple upside down cake; make that I got everything , but the time.

Dawn, one of his colleagues, messaged me to ask his favorite dessert...so, he will be getting pineapple upside down cake before I get time to make it.

I decided to go ahead and interview for that Walmart job.

My interview is on Wednesday.

We'll finish Jay's Head Start intake on Tuesday,

I've spent a lot of time chasing down documentation for his intake today.

Friday is his official IEP meeting.

Mom found me a compounding pharmacy to put in for becoming a compounding  technician..

I called and talked to the managing pharmacist and she confirmed that they will train me to get my pharm tech and then my compounding cert.

I've already emailed her my resume.

Now, I just need to get down there in person to meet people and fill out the official application.

Soon! I promise!

I woke up with lots of hives on my face this morning.

My guess is a kitty was licking my face while I was asleep.

Yes, I am allergic to cats and dogs...again, but we are not going to be without pets. Dr Smith will just have to find a way to manage my allergy...if it is an allergy.

A little worried it might be shingles, but I sure hope not.

If it is, it's bilateral and miserable!

I have a call in to Dr. Smith. Hopefully I will hear some good news soon...on any level really!

I guess this is about it for now. Laters!
